🌱 Weekly Composting Update – 111.6 Pounds Collected & Compost Returned! 🌱
This week, the Greenwich Composting Project collected 111.6 pounds of kitchen scraps from our participating households—a huge win for our community and our planet!
But that’s not all. We also reached an exciting milestone: we returned finished compost back to every participating household! After months of careful turning, monitoring, and heat-treating, your food scraps have come full circle—transformed into rich, earthy compost ready to nourish gardens, flower beds, and houseplants.
