Today was a perfect day for composting! The weather has been quite hot so the compost has been smelling slightly stinkier than usual, but luckily not today. This week, we collected 187.4 pounds of kitchen scraps, which is especially amazing, considering a lot of our households are away. In addition, we were joined by Ryan Chass, who was a great help in picking up the kitchen scraps and adding all of them into our compost pile. Thank you!
