A very quick update as we did not have our full composting ritual this week as we were all away. Thank you to those of you who dropped off early - we collected 83lbs of kitchen scraps. Amazingly, despite neglecting our piles over the weekend and throughout the snow storm, our active pile is still hovering around 100 degrees! The bin is now completely full, it will be interesting to see how much break down will happen before our next pick up at the end of the week!
