Potatoes

Hello all,

Today was another wonderful afternoon composting. Although a bit hot, we collected 169 pounds of kitchen scraps. We started a new pile today and are looking to sell more compost soon. To our astonishment, we found 5 beautiful, little potatoes growing in one of our previous piles of finished compost. We picked them a little earlier but it will still make a fantastic meal for a very tiny person. Unfortunately, we got eaten alive by vicious mosquitoes but we are willing to make this sacrifice to provide you with such quality,
